Provenance: Property from the Childs family collection, removed from “Florham,” Madison, New Jersey, the 100-room mansion designed by McKim, Mead & White for Florence Vanderbilt Twombly and her husband, Hamilton Twombly. The building is now part of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
