The majority of the paintings in this group have been in storage for 30 to 50 years. Most are in fair to poor condition with soiling, denting, tears and abrasions; also 90% are unframed. Therefore we thoroughly recommend interested parties to preview in person, as all property is sold “as is” and there will be no returns for any reason.
