Lot #111: (THREE COPIES) BRADLEY, WILL "TWELVE COVER DESIGNS" (N.P., N.D.).
12 lithographs (some in 2 colors). These represent the 12 covers for the "Inland Printer". From April, 1894 to March 1895. The 12 covers are housed in a printed folder with remnants of a pink ribbon used as a tie. There are 3 copies - the folders of all 3 are chipped and have closed tears: in the first copy all twelve covers are fine, the second copy, some covers have a light stain in the left margin and the third copy has a light stain on the right portion of the cover. February, 1895 has a closed tear.

Lot #112: BRADLEY, WILL "BRADLEY: HIS BOOK" 1896 - 97. 4 ISSUES OF THE GREAT ART NOUVEAU PUBLICATION. INCLUDES VOL. 1, #4 (8 VO); VOL 2 - 1, 2 AND 3 (4TO).
All in original wraps. Vol 1, #4 has some chips and a few stains. Vol 2, #1 has chips on the edges and loss on the bottom of the spine. Vol 2, #2 - cover is heavily chipped and loose. Vol 2, #3 - side of wraps chipped and some spine loss.

(1) "Display of Heraldry" over 1100 handcolored Coats of Arms in the text and 21 handcolored headpieces and initials. (2) "Analogia Honorarum" - Handcolored frontis, 3 portraits 1 plate and 104 full page illustrations of Coats of Arms. Page 65 has right column of text glued in. 109 tail pieces and small coats of arms. Some pages have light stain on bottom - not affecting text or plates. Bound in contemporary calf. Re-backed. Spine rough and binding split.

Lot #117: (ORIGINAL WOODBLOCKS) NONNI, FRANCESCO (EDITOR AND CONTRIBUTOR) "XILOGRAFIA" FAENZA, 1924. FOUR ISSUES OF THE RARE PUBLICATION CONTAINING ORIGINAL WOODBLOCK PRINTS.
The four issues are from volume 1, number 5, 6, 7, and 9. Each issue has 10 original woodblock prints; some in color. For each issue only 300 copies were printed. All in original wraps. Wraps lightly chipped and soiled. Woodblocks are fine.

Lot #120: BEMELMANS, LUDWIG, 21 ORIGINAL INK AND WATERCOLOR DRAWINGS.
1950, used in "Town and Country Magazine - "Farewell to the Ritz'", a commemorative piece when the Ritz Carlton Hotel was demolished. Drawings are executed on graph paper measuring 8 1/2 x 10 1/4 in., (one is a double page that measures 8 1/2 x 19 1/4 in.). Some are cut and pasted together by the artist. Each of the drawings has the original captions with corrections in ink by Bemelmans. A biographical look at Bemelmans years at the Ritz. His well-known characters are all represented: Mr. Harris the president; Monsieur Bonnafou, the baker; Chef Louis Diat; Cheeses Greiset (Bonnafou); Amodau, the Sengalese porter; Miss Cutting, his secretary; and his own progress through the Ritz. The last drawing shows a construction worker ready to use a sledge hammer. Wonderful insight into a great artist's mind and life.
