Lithograph 19 1/2 x 25 1/2 in. (sight). Street scene in New Bedford, Mass. Shows oxen hauling a hay wagon, children playing, people conversing; including 3 blacks. Light stain in bottom margin; light foxing and a burn line from old framing back.

Text printed in gold. Housed in a folder with a handcolored scene with fruit, flowers, a bird and a large peacock feather. Cover soiled and spine loose. Plates and text have minor browning at top. Very rare.
