Lot #11: MANUSCRIPT ANTIPHONAL ON VELLUM, 161 LEAVES
Circa 1660, folio. Bound in contemporary leather over boards. The clasps and some pieces of leather are missing, there are also some chips. Music and lyrics in black on 4 line red staves. 14 large colored initials, the first damaged. Over 1500 small initials in red and blue or both. Some pages repaired with either old vellum or handmade paper. Overall a sound and very attractive book of sacred music in Latin.

Paris, Au Vent d'Ales, 1962. Oblong folio. Illustrated by George Braque with 12 colored plates. Bound in original 1/2 morocco with cut paper bird on front board. 1 of 100 copies signed by Braque and Perse. Includes a slipcase.

Lot #13: DAUMIER, HONORE. ROBERT MACAIRE (CARRICATURANA)
Paris, 1836 - 1839. Quarto. 100 lithograph plates; handcolored and heightened with gum arabic. Bound in full morocco with light rubs. Complete set of Daumier's "Macaire" series. A few spots and a few marginal closed tears; else a beautiful set. Very rare complete with handcolored plates.

Lot #13A: (DRAWING/SIGNED) CRONE, RAINER. "ANDY WARHOL."
New York, Praeger, 1970. 1st American edition, quarto. And exhaustive Warhol monograph with photo illustrations of his work. Bound in orange cloth (smudged) in tattered dust jacket. Inscribed to "Garian" on the title page with a large drawing of "Campbell's Minestrone Soup." Drawing covers the entire title page, signed "Andy Warhol" at the bottom. In addition, there is a small drawing of a can on the left of the title page signed "W." Drawings by Warhol identifying a soup are quite rare.

Cambridge, Houghton Mifflin, 1929. Quarto. Illustrated with tipped-in color plates by N.C. Wyeth. Bound in 1/2 pigskin over gilt pictorial cloth. The top of the spine is chipped and the spine is lightly browned. 1 of 550 copies signed by Wyeth. Extra suite of plates not present.

The primary volume is accompanied by a duplicate set of the plates, all engraver's proofs, bound in full morocco. 1 of 1000 sets however this is a specially bound set with the proofs.
