Photogravure on paper, each 7 x 5 in. and each captioned
in the image: copyrighted 1898/Lee Moorehouse [sic]. Note:
The Cayuse territory is in northern Oregon. Moorhouse, an
Oregon pioneer, was Indian agent on the Umatilla Reservation
from 1889-1891. In the 1897 he began photographing members
of the Umatilla, Cayuse & Walla Walla tribes.
