I understand that Stair Galleries assumes no responsibility for errors or failure to execute these bids. I have read the CONDITIONS OF SALE and understand that these bids indicate acceptance of those terms. I will be responsible for the purchase price and the buyer's premium, as well as all applicable state taxes and shipping cost. In order to avoid delays in receiving purchases, buyers unknown to us are advised to make payment arrangements or supply credit references in advance of the sale date. IF SUCH ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT MADE, PURCHASES WILL BE HELD BY STAIR GALLERIES UNTIL CHECKS HAVE CLEARED. The packing and handling of purchased lots by Stair Galleries is undertaken solely as a courtesy to clients. Charges for this service include labor, materials and postage or freighting. In no event will Stair Galleries be liable for damage regardless of cause. Stair Galleries may refuse to execute packing and shipping instructions on items that in its judgment are too fragile or too valuable for shipment by common carrier. I UNDERSTAND THAT FOUR TO SIX WEEKS SHOULD BE ALLOWED FOR DELIVERY.
