The folio cover is faded and stained and there is a small chip to the resin and the lower right corner is dented. The plastic cover on the book itself has stain residue and is very rippled. Provenance: The estate of Phyllis Millstein; all proceeds from the Irving and Phyllis Millstein collection will fund the Irving and Phyllis Millstein Charitable Trust.
