Image of a river flows alongside the poem. Held in a handmade paper enclosure with a hand tinted map of the world. All housed in a clear acrylic slipcase. Fine copy with prospective laid-in.

An opportunity to own all of Shakespeare's plays printed just 16 years from his demise. London, Allot, 1632. Second edition folio. 18th century calf boards. Rebacked with later spine and labels. Hinges cracked. Restored by Maltby, Oxford. "To the Reader" page; portrait title, A2, A4-A6 supplied in facsimile. Colophon page in facsimile. A few pages have paper restoration in the margin not affecting text. Repairs affecting text are: 1. VV6 - pp 339 - 340- "Moore of Venice" repair affecting a few letters. 2. DDD - repaired tear in lower margin. 3. DDD2 - Lower corner repair affecting catchword. 4. DDD3 - Upper right corner repair affecting one letter and page number

Fine copy in an almost fine price clipped dust jacket. Dust jacket has a tiny chip at top of spine and minor stain on rear panel. Corners clipped on rear flap with loss of a few letters. Inscribed - "For Bob Bailey - John Steinbeck." Bookplate of the movie star Jean Hersholt. Housed in a 1/2 morocco slipcase, rubs.
