On April 3, we are offering a wide selection of Persian carpets and rugs from Tabriz, Heriz, Varamin, Shirvan, Hamadan and a silk Ghom rug to name a few.
This group of rugs, carpets and textiles which came in primarily as one collection, immediately captivated all of us in its beauty and diversity.
The sale also has an array of Chinese, Bessarabian, Moroccan, Tuareg, combined with some Modern Tibetan carpets of recent manufacturer coupled with two Dhurrie flat weave rugs in fresh blue and white tones which is perfect for summer homes. We also have two vibrant Modern French carpets designed by Jacques A. Luzeau and manufactured by Cogolin.
On the more exotic side, we have an Ottoman Prayer Rug, Lakhai Wall Hanging from Uzbekistan, Berber Woven Wedding Veil, and two Peruvian Nazca fragments mounted on a panels.
